Robert Jackson

Bio

Robert Jackson is an attorney specializing in medical malpractice litigation. He has particular expertise in lawsuits brought by the families of brain-damaged children who were injured at birth. Mr. Jackson also has extensive experience representing breast implant patients and lead paint poisoning victims.

A 1975 graduate of the New York Law School, Mr. Jackson received a master's degree in forensic science from the George Washington University in cooperation with the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in 1976. He was admitted to the State Bar of New York in 1976, and subsequently admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for both the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Mr. Jackson is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and sits on their Medical Malpractice Committee, which is dedicated to protecting the rights of victims of medical negligence and malpractice in State and Federal Courts.
