Michael A. Madonna

Bio

Michael A. Madonna has an outstanding record in the trial of personal injury cases and spends much of his time in court for Trolman, Glaser & Lichtman.

A 1992 graduate of the St. Johns University Law School, Mr. Madonna was admitted to the State Bar of New Jersey in 1992 and the State Bar of New York in 1993. He has also been admitted to the Federal Bars in the Eastern and Southern districts of New York and the district court of New Jersey. Mr. Madonna is a member of the State Bar of New York Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

"Trolman, Glaser & Lichtman wins $7.7 million for Staten Island girl burned in Housing Authority apartment"

On November 23, 1999, the Staten Island Advance published a front-page story about a $7.7 million jury verdict for a teenage girl who had been severely burned in an apartment owned by the New York City Housing Authority.

Kristal Pereira, who was represented by Michael Madonna of the New York personal injury law firm Trolman, Glaser & Lichtman, was a four-year-old when she sustained second- and third-degree burns on her head, ear, wrist, and shoulder after coming into contact with an exposed steam pipe in the family's bathroom.

The newspaper reported that the girl would use the money for reconstructive surgery for her damaged ear and other scars.
