Morgan A. Corley has a wide variety of legal experience but currently focuses her practice in the areas of personal injury and nursing home negligence. Ms. Corley began her career at a prominent New York City defense firm, where she specialized in personal injury and commercial litigation. While working at that firm, Ms. Corley gained extensive trial and appellate experience. Her background in defense, provides her with insight into how to maximize recovery for her clients.

Ms. Corley has extensive writing experience and has successfully argued appeals before the Appellate Divisions of the First and Second Departments. She graduated from University of Maryland, College Park in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Government & Politics. She graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2016, where she was a Notes and Comments Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law.

Settlement for $1,400,000 to a driver of a vehicle that was rearended by a truck on a busy expressway after successfully preparing and arguing both a motion for summary judgment and the related appeal.

Verdict for $770,145 to a construction worker who fell from a ladder while installing sheetrock, sustaining injures to his wrist, big toe, forehead, and nose.

Settlement for $500,000 against a school district for failing to provide adequate supervision resulting in a student sustaining injuries to his head during a game of tag.
